World Intellectual Property Organization Global Awards — 2026 Edition The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces that it has received a call for nominations launched by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) under the framework of the “WIPO Global Awards 2026 — United Nations Awards for Innovative and Creative Enterprises.” The nomination period is open from 15 January 2026 to 31 March 2026. These awards aim to recognize startups, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as university spin-offs that demonstrate outstanding innovation and effectively leverage intellectual property to support economic growth and socio-economic development. Accordingly, you are kindly requested to ensure the wide dissemination of this information within your institutions and to provide us, where applicable, with all relevant details concerning the nominations that will be endorsed.
