Registration and Papers Submission
Registration :
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Papers Submission:
Authors are invited to submit a full paper, with a maximum length of 6 pages.
The paper should be relevant to the conference themes, and must meet scientific standards of novelty and academic excellence.
Papers must be prepared according to the paper preparation guidelines specified in LINK. Templates are available in both LaTeX and Word formats, and can be downloaded from the links below:

All authors must register and submit their manuscript through Microsoft’s CMT platform at LINK.
All papers will be subject to a double-blind peer review process, and will be accepeted upon the referees’ acceptance and the implementation of any necessary revisions. Every paper will be assigned at least three referees.
All accepted works presented at the conference will be considered for publication in the ICPAFSE’2025 Conference Proceedings indexed in WoS and Scopus (to be specified later).
Important notes for authors:
- Submitted papers to this conference must not be published nor under consideration elsewhere.
- All papers must be written in good academic English. Authors must ensure that their manuscripts meet academic writing standards.
- The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring the approval of all his or her co-authors for the submission of the manuscript.
- Submitted papers will be subject to desk-rejection if it does not pass similarity and plagiarism checks. Please be aware that the adopted thresholds are:
1- The global similarity rate should not exceed 10% for each paper.
2- No more than 5% of similarity rate from each source used in the paper. - An accepted paper will be eligible for publication in the Scopus-indexed conference proceedings only if it is presented at the conference by one of the authors and after paying the conference registration fees.
- Works not presented at the conference will not be considered for publication in the proceedings, and the registration fees will not be refunded.
- A Copyright Transfer Agreement Form will be sent to authors after the review process.
