The University administration informs all Administrative, Technical, and Service Staff (ATS) of the opening of applications for the Master’s scholarship program “Capacity Improvement and Advancement for Tomorrow – CIAT”, offered by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) for the academic year 2026–2027. This scholarship includes five (05) training programs in the following fields: Smart Cities Technology and Management, Education and Leadership, Fiscal Policy, Administrative Reform. Eligibility Conditions: Applicant must be under 40 years of age, Have more than two years of professional experience in the chosen field, Proficiency in English is preferable. The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research informs Algerian teacher-researchers, holding a doctorate or an equivalent degree and residing in Algeria, of the opening of the call for applications for the Fulbright Visiting Scholars Program for the 2025–2026 academic year. This program, lasting from 3 to 6 months, offers selected candidates the opportunity to conduct research or teach at higher education institutions in the United States.
