Departments of the Vice-Deanship for Pedagogy

Evaluation Department:

The Evaluation Department is one of the key units under the Vice-Deanship for Studies and Student Affairs. It is responsible for the technical management of student affairs through the various university platforms (SCOL, PROGRES). This is carried out by IT specialists in charge of:

  • Registering students on the platform according to their department, major, specialization, and level.
  • Managing academic deliberations and publishing student results in the student space for consultation.
  • Resolving most student-related issues concerning academic records and assessments.

Schooling department:

The Teaching Department is another essential unit under the Vice-Deanship for Studies and Student Affairs. It ensures the pedagogical management of students through the university’s SCOL and PROGRES platforms. The department, supported by staff members assigned to each academic department, is responsible for:

  • Supervising student registration and following-up  their academic progress from enrollment to graduation.
  • Issuing transcripts and certificates for graduates.
  • Handling other related administrative and academic tasks.

Statistics, Information, and Orientation Department:

The Statistics, Information, and Orientation Department plays a crucial role in providing statistical data related to human resources (faculty and students) through the university’s SCOL and PROGRES platforms. Additionally, it is responsible for information dissemination and student guidance.
