Braille room for visually impaired students
The University of Medea provides a Braille room for visually impaired students as part of the university’s digitization project, which aims to enable our visually impaired students to use modern technologies and various software programs that facilitate reading, writing, and printing, particularly for research and final theses.
This room is equipped with computers featuring text enlargement software, text conversion software for various formats to Braille, as well as voice-reading software for various texts and books, in addition to a special Braille printer.
