The Secretary General of the Wilaya of Médéa, on behalf of the Wali of Médéa, supervised today at the new university pole- OUAZRA, the opening of the academic year 2022- 2023.
The Rector of the university, Professor Djaafar Bouarouri, opened the ceremony with a speech in which he welcomed all the present and presented the statistical data relating to the new academic year, thanking all those who have contributed to the success of the various educational and administrative processes on the occasion of the start of the academic year 2022-2023, stressing the need to continue in the same vein throughout the current year.
The Rector also made a point of expressing his sincere thanks to Mr. Wali for his efforts to support the university, especially with regard to the completion of all the work of the new university pole.
For his part, the Secretary General of the Wilaya has made a speech on behalf of the Wali, in which he welcomed students, stressing the importance of the university in the development of our country, considering the new university pole as a great gain for the Wilaya of Medea.
Then Professor Othman BOUKENDAKDJI presented the first inaugural lesson of the academic year, which was entitled « Is the university responsible for future generations?
The ceremony ended with the presentation of certificates to the teachers who earned the rank of professor.
