Assessment Service
The Assessment Service is one of the services directly attached to the Vice-Deanship for Studies and Student-Related Matters. It is responsible for the technical and pedagogical management of student affairs through the university’s official digital platforms, such as Scol and PROGRES, under the supervision of designated IT technicians.
Duties of the Assessment Service:
- Registering students on the platforms according to departments, streams, specializations, and academic levels.
- Monitoring and organizing examination boards, processing results, and publishing them on the student portal.
- Handling and resolving various technical and pedagogical issues related to students.
Through these tasks, the service contributes to ensuring a regular, accurate, and transparent management of all student assessment-related processes.
Teaching Service
The Teaching Service is one of the services directly attached to the Vice-Deanship for Pedagogy. It is responsible for organizing and coordinating all teaching-related activities at the faculty level, in collaboration with faculty members and IT technicians when necessary.
Duties of the Teaching Service:
- Preparing timetables for semesters, departments, and different academic levels.
- Monitoring the allocation of lecturers to courses and pedagogical activities.
- Coordinating with departments to ensure the smooth and regular conduct of the teaching process.
- Monitoring class records, absences, and teaching activities through digital platforms when required.
The service ensures the efficient and well-structured organization of teaching operations, contributing to the proper functioning of the educational process and maintaining academic quality within the faculty.
Statistics, Information, and Guidance Service
The Statistics, Information, and Guidance Service is one of the services directly attached to the Vice-Deanship for Studies and Student-Related Matters. It is responsible for collecting and analyzing statistical data, coordinating internal and external communication, and providing academic guidance services to students.
Through its activities, the service aims to support the pedagogical process, ensure clear and transparent student guidance, and provide an accurate database to assist administration in planning and decision-making.
