The Vice-Dean’s Office for Postgraduate Studies, Scientific Research, and External Relations is composed of three main services, each responsible for a set of tasks related to third-cycle training, scientific research activities, and academic cooperation.
Postgraduate Training Follow-up Service:
This service is responsible for monitoring various processes related to third-cycle training. Its main duties include:
- Monitoring the organization and conduct of entrance examinations for postgraduate studies;
- Supervising the registration and re-registration of doctoral students;
- Managing and updating the archives of doctoral training committees;
- Ensuring the proper conduct of dissertation and thesis defenses in postgraduate studies.
Research Activities Follow-up and Results Valorization Service:
This service is responsible for monitoring and developing scientific research activities within the faculty. Its main duties include:
- Managing and following up University Training Research Projects (PRFU);
- Monitoring the activities of research laboratories and promoting the valorization of their results;
- Following up the implementation and budgets of research laboratories;
- Collecting and disseminating information related to research activities supervised by the university.
Cooperation and External Relations Service:
This service is responsible for strengthening cooperation and partnership relations with various organizations and institutions. Its duties include:
- Initiating partnerships with socio-economic sectors;
- Supporting and developing cooperation between national and international universities;
- Contributing to the promotion of scientific cooperation programs and academic exchange initiatives.
