Account recovery settings
To ensure that you regain access to your UNIV-MEDEA professional e-mail, add a telephone number or a recovery (private) e-mail address in the security settings of your account, as follows
- Log in to your professional e-mail then click on settings/View all settings
- Click on Accounts / Google Account settings
- Click on Security/Protect your account
- Then add your recovery email address and/or recovery phone number
- Confirm your recovery email address or phone number with the code sent to you
