In accordance with the joint ministerial order of Rajab 8th 1425, corresponding to August 24th 2004, establishing the administrative organization of university rectorate, faculty, institute, annex and common services, published in the Official Journal No. 62 on Shaban 26th,1425, corresponding to September 26th,2004, the Vice-rectorate of first and second cycle higher education, continuous training and diplomas, is assigned to:
- Oversee questions related to courses progress and trainings organized by the university,
- Ensure the coherence of the courses offered by the faculties and institutes with the development plan of the university,
- Ensure the application of the regulation in force relating to enrollment, reenrollment and control of knowledge and students progression,
- Oversee distance-learning actions provided by the university and promote the continuous training activities,
- Ensure the respect of the regulation and the procedures in force as regards the award of diplomas and equivalence,
- Ensure the control and updating of the students names file.
It is composed of the following services:
- Teaching Staff, Trainings and Evaluation Service,
- Continuous Training Service,
- Diplomas and Equivalence Service.
