Application form for Upgrading level training abroad for Assistant Lecturers – A and B – (MAA -MAB) as well as administrative and technical staff (ATS).
A) For teachers enrolled in a doctoral programme :
1- Application for a short training period abroad.
2-Certificate of enrolment in a doctoral programme (from the second year of enrolment).
3- Submission of a work plan specifying the objectives, methodology and expected results approved by the Scientific bodies of the University
4- Work certificate.
5- Copy of the appointment decision.
6- Copy of passport.
Note: Teachers who have been given a long-term scholarship are not entitled to a short-term internship before defending their thesis.
B) Non-salaried doctoral candidates:
1- Letter of acceptance from a foreign university or research institution with high scientific and scientific and technological capabilities in the candidate’s field of specialisation.
2- Certificate of enrolment in a doctorate (from the second year of enrolment).
3- Submission of a complete work plan detailing the objectives, methodology and expected results approved by the Scientific bodies of the University.
4- Certificate of non-affiliation with CNAS and CASNOS.
5- Copy of passport.
C) Administrative and technical staff (ATS) appointed and classified in category 10 or above :
1- Submission of a complete work plan detailing the objectives, methodology and expected results, approved by the relevant Director.
2- Copy of university diploma.
3- Work certificate.
4- Copy of the appointment decision.
5-Copy of passport.
