In accordance with the joint ministerial order of Rajab 8th 1425, corresponding to August 24th 2004, establishing the administrative organization of university rectorate, faculty, institute, annex and common services, published in the Official Journal No. 62 on Shaban 26th 1425, corresponding to September 26th 2004, the Vice-rectorate of external relations, cooperation, organization, communication and scientific events, is assigned to:
- Promote the relation of the university with its socio-economical environment and initiate partnership programs,
- Initiate any action to promote inter-university exchange programs and cooperation in the fields of education and research,
- Make organization and communication actions,
- Organize and promote scientific events,
- Oversee professional development retraining programs for teaching staff and ensure their consistency.
It is composed of the following services:
- Inter-university Exchange, Cooperation and Partnership Service,
- Organization, Communication and Scientific Events Service.
