• All schooling certificates combined in a single PDF file

09. Certificate of Similarity

• Signed and stamped certificate of similarity issued by the Head of the Doctoral Training Committee

10. Plagiarism Detection Report

• Detailed report generated from the plagiarism detection software

11. Doctoral Student Logbook (For LMD students from the 2016/2017 cohort onwards)

• Ensure the decree number and date of Accreditation for the doctoral degree are correctly written.

• The entire file must be saved in PDF format on a CD-ROM, in coordination with the thesis supervisor.
• Before filling out the jury proposal form, ensure that the Progres accounts of the examiners are activated.
