• Signed and stamped certificate of similarity issued by the thesis supervisor

11.   Photo & Birth Certificate

• The entire file must be saved in PDF format on a CD-ROM, in coordination with the thesis supervisor.

Before filling out the jury proposal form, ensure that the Progres accounts of the examiners are activated.
