The University of Medea informs all new baccalaureate students of the 2026 session who have encountered technical difficulties or were unable to access the official website dedicated to pre-registration (either to view eligible majors or to submit their preferences) that all necessary measures have been taken to assist them and facilitate the process.

In this regard, specially equipped and staffed help desks have been set up at the university headquarters (Rectorate) to guide and support you.

Reception Location: University of Mede— Urban Campus (Pôle Urbain) — Rectorate (First Floor).

 Important Note: Concerned students are kindly requested to bring their Baccalaureate transcript of records (relevé de notes) to ensure a smooth process and a prompt resolution of their requests.
