Doctoral students who were absent or who failed the final A1 placement test on 4 March 2024, as well as those at A2, B1, B2 levels who took the test on 24 June 2024, are invited to take part. Closing ceremony for the 2023-2024 academic year On 04 July 2024, the rector of the university, Professor Djaafar Bouarouri, received the wali of the wilaya of Médéa, Mr Djahid Mouss, where he supervised, accompanied by the civil, security and military authorities of the wilaya, the closing events of the 2023-2024 academic year at the large conference hall of the university pole, The ceremony began with verses from the Holy Koran and the national anthem, followed by a welcome speech by the university rector in which he welcomed the participants and congratulated the students on their academic and professional achievements during the academic year. The official closing of the academic year was then announced by the Wali of Médéa, Mr Djahid Mouss. The ceremony concluded with the presentation of honours to teachers who had been promoted to the rank of professor and to students who had graduated top of their class. Digitisation of the signing of leaving reports for the summer holidays As part of the implementation of the dematerialisation policy and the promotion of the digitisation of services offered to members of the university community via the Progres integrated IT system, the signing of teachers’ summer holiday leaving reports will be carried out via a dedicated electronic portal, scheduled to open on Tuesday 2 July 2024. Teachers will begin to sign out their leave reports remotely from 4 July 2024, once they have fulfilled all the teaching obligations associated with the end of the year, depending on the specific features of each university. As part of the complementary training for 2022/2023 doctoral students, and in anticipation of the placement test for absent students, we would like to inform you that the placement test has been scheduled for Saturday and Sunday 29 and 30 June 2024 from 10am to 12pm. The placement test is 100% face-to-face and compulsory for all absent students.
