Account recovery settings

To ensure that you regain access to your UNIV-MEDEA professional e-mail, add a telephone number or a recovery (private) e-mail address in the security settings of your account, as follows

• Log in to your professional e-mail then click on settings/View all settings

• Click on Accounts / Google Account settings

• Click on Security/Protect your account

• Then add your recovery email address and/or recovery phone number

• Confirm your recovery email address or phone number with the code sent to you
