Within the framework of implementing the Quality Management System in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2015, the Rector of the University of Medea, Professor Djaafar Bouarouri, chaired a meeting today with the project’s steering committee. The meeting was attended by the Vice-Rectors, the Director of Digitization, and university executives.
The session was dedicated to evaluating the project’s progress and assessing achievement rates, particularly regarding the tasks assigned to process owners, the preparation of procedures, document standardization and coding, as well as the finalization of competency and job description cards.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss the main challenges encountered during the implementation phases, exploring effective solutions to overcome them. This ensures the smooth progression of the project according to the set goals and deadlines, reflecting the university administration’s commitment to fostering a culture of quality and enhancing institutional performance in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2015 . .
