Digitisation of the signing of leaving reports for the summer holidays As part of the implementation of the dematerialisation policy and the promotion of the digitisation of services offered to members of the university community via the Progres integrated IT system, the signing of teachers’ summer holiday leaving reports will be carried out via a dedicated electronic portal, scheduled to open on Tuesday 2 July 2024. Teachers will begin to sign out their leave reports remotely from 4 July 2024, once they have fulfilled all the teaching obligations associated with the end of the year, depending on the specific features of each university. Les enseignants commenceront à signer ces PV de sortie à distance à partir du 4 juillet 2024, une fois qu’ils auront accompli l’ensemble des obligations d’enseignement liées à la fin de l’année, en fonction des spécificités de chaque établissement universitaire. In preparation for the selection of the university’s rectorate ATS staff candidates for the short-term internship abroad program, the university’s External Relations Department invites all ATS staff who have submitted their applications via the platform only to answer the following questionnaire.The questionnaire link must be answered no later than Saturday 18/05/2021. Note: This questionnaire does not constitute an extension of the application period, and therefore responses from those who have not registered on the platform will not be taken into account.
