The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is the recipient of an offer of Chilean “Nelson Mandela” scholarships for the year 2024 for the benefit of civil servants holding university degrees and teacher-researchers. It should be emphasized that the training offered by the Chilean side will be provided exclusively in Spanish. You will find attached information relating to this scholarship offer as well as the terms of participation.
