Announcement: Scholarship Offers from the Vietnam Naval Academy Academic Year: 2026-2027
The Vice-Rectorate of External Relations informs all students and interested candidates that a scholarship program offered by the Vietnam Naval Academy is open for the academic year 2026-2027.
This call for applications is dedicated to the Master’s degree level in the following fields and specialties:
Maritime Affairs
Global Economy
Logistics
Management and Economics
Information Technology and Engineering
Interested applicants are invited to submit their application files at their home university, in accordance with the criteria and requested documents outlined in the attachments.

This scholarship program is open for both Master’s and Ph.D. degrees, covering all available fields of study and academic disciplines.
