Announcement of the Opening of the 53rd Session for Promotion to the Rank of Professor and the 8th Session for University Accreditation

The Directorate of Human Resources at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research informs all Lecturers (Class A) and Lecturers and Researchers (Class B) of the opening of:

* The Fifty-Third (53rd) Session of the National University Commission for promotion to the rank of Professor.
* The Eighth (8th) Session for applications for University Accreditation (Habilitation).

* Submission of Application Files

Applications must be submitted exclusively online through the “Progrès” digital platform, using the applicants’ professional email accounts, via the following link:
* http://progres.mesrs.dz/webgrh

* Application Period

Application files must be submitted on the platform during the period from:
December 10, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
