Signature of a twinning agreement between Algerian universities and the Irish University of Limerick Under the supervision of Mr. Kamel Badari, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, a twinning agreement was signed between 7 Algerian universities and the Irish University of Limerick. The University of Medea was among the universities that signed this agreement, represented by its director, Professor Djaafar Bouaruri.
